Post for the week~(21-27 July 2008)

My past week has been a resumed work week for me...i.e. back to working at Client's place cos' I'm being booked on job once again! Hmm but fortunately this job is considered to be one of the best job around...keke! Went in for interim work back in May when I was really sick...and didn't really accomplished much work then...but now then I'm back in the Finals..trying hard to do more! Heex...

Was supposed to start work at client's place (which happened to be at ORQ) on Monday..but due to sudden change of plans..we went in only on Tuesday. So Monday I went to catch a movie with two of my colleagues, Desiree and Yongjie, at Lido. We watched the show "Deception" which has been out for quite some time already. Hmm not bad for that show but nothing fantastic though...=p

Then after which we proceeded to Far East Plaza for some tea session before Desiree and me headed to Suntec to meet Sarah. We waited for the stupid bus at Orchard for suuupppper long (cos' we thought it might be faster..but duh!). Sarah was entertaining herself inside La Senza while waiting for us to reach. I had intend to buy myself some strapless bra but no size...not just in that outlet but islandwide...Sobx! But nevertheless I bought myself some night wear while Sarah and Desiree also bought themselves some lingerie. Then after that they both went to gym while I proceeded home...=)

Tuesday to Friday was all serious work days...but still I enjoyed the work week! Apart from going out for dinner with Dar's Mummy and Sis on Wednesday, and meeting my dearest Mingbao for lunchie on Thursday...nothing much went on during this work week. Had to rush back to office on Friday from client's place for some events meeting...and while I tot it was going to end before 7pm..the meeting dragged all the way till 830pm. Starving and tired...I went over to Dar's house instead of my home cos' there's a F4 & co outing later that night...

Dar prepared food while waiting for me...then after dinner it was some rest time before we went out with F4 & co at arounf 11pm plus. We first drove over to Bugis to pick Grace up cos' she didn't go home after work. Then after which we stopped by Outram area to discuss where to go next...as well as took some pics there..hahax..

Then after much discussion they decided to go back to Serangoon area. But it was only half way back to Serangoon when Gavin & co (i.e. Irene, Gavin and Ben shared a car) informed us (i.e. Roy, Grace, Dar and me) that they decided to change direction and go over to Changi for some supper...

After supper, we then went over to Fisherman Village for some drinks to chill. By the time we reached there it was already around 230am...and we chatted all the way till around 4am before leaving the place...tired but happy~

And as for me...I was super tired once again...went back with Dar to his house! Bathe..eat some chicken fillet (cos' I grew hungry after all the talking..hahax) before going to bed! As usual, I slept till super late...was suppose to go to my colleague, Dickson's birthday party in the evening..but end up didn't managed to get there. Wasn't feeling at my best..so stayed on at Dar's house and rested. Dar whipped us (i.e. Dar's sis, me and himself) a simple meal for our dinner..before we settled down and watched some show on TV. A simple saturday passed me just like that...

And for today..woke up at around 1pm, ate brunch and some green bean soup...do some work that I brought home to do...and then came back home at around 4pm cos' Dar had to go for his soccer match at St Wilfred. Wonder how it's gonna be...Anyways..I'm now treating my face to some strawberry mask..gonna do up my nails later before getting myself for this coming week of training in office cos' I gotta reach at 830am every morning and leave only at 6pm in the evening everyday!!SObx...

Undescribable Wednesday~~

Nothing can be more horrible then to have to wake up on a rainy morning for work...and it's not just about conquering the obstacle of persuading myself to leave my bed...but it's also about how I have to reach the bus-stop which is seriously miles away from my house (those of you who has been to my house should know...no joke..Arghhh)...and the fact that it's raining super heavily dusson help cos' I can't get a cab even if I want to, especially not when I didn't even get the chance to get through the line...-.- Still...with much perseverance and patience on my side...I managed to reach client's place at around 930am...and I was the earliest!!Lolx...

Had lunchie with Dar today at one of the famous eateries along philip street. Dar recommended me to the Tom Yam Fish Noodles there...and we both had the same thing though the eatery was also well known for it's roast duck rice. Then after lunchie...Dar accompanied go buy food for my colleague as well as walk around for awhile before walking me back to the client's office building at ORQ. It's been so long since I had lunchie with Dar already...haven had him accompany me after lunchie to walk walk...so happy~~heex...

Anyway went back office and started working all the way to around 6pm before we had to leave cos' the client requires us to leave by 6pm. Then I waited around Raffles Place for Dar to knock off from work cos' we're meeting his Sis and Mum for dinner at Bugis Crystal Jade Restaurant...heex! By the time we reach Bugis, Dar's sis and mummy were still on their way from Orchard...so we walked around Bugis Junction. Gosh...there's so much food there! Especially cos' there's a food festival going on along the whole push-cart area...with our hungry stomach...we were sooooo tempted to eat all the food there...but we held back cos' Dar say we shall put the theory of delayed gratification into use!!Pengz...hahax...but still we caved in a little by buying a Taiwan sausage to eat on the spot (but sad cos' we left out the hot and spicy fish balls cos too big bowl le...I want to eat!!!) as well as bought some kuehs for our breakfast tomorrow! Dar was eyeing the kuehs in his hands while waiting for his sis and mum to arrive...lolx...

Then shortly after...when Dar's sis and mum reached...we immediately went into the Crystal Jade Restaurant. As usual...they ordered soooo much food!!Yummy~~and luckily I have my "da wei wang aka big eater" to help me finish up my shrimps la mian so that I can free up my tummy for other food...Dar Dar ish the best!!keke...^^

And when dinner's over...we went over to Cold Storage to buy some groceries before taking a cab home...so tempted to go home with Dar when Dar's mummy ask me (cos' Bella's unhappy at home...sobx) but still end up coming home eventually cos' have to work tomorrow...need my clothes and stuff! I shall hide in Dar's place on Friday...heh heh =p But till then...I shall just focus on my work and not care about other unhappy stuff...

At least...Bella's happy today! (^.^)

Crazy Saturday with F4 & co...

Yesterday Bella had a gathering with F4 & co.

We first met up at hougang point to buy our steamboat ingredients at the NTUC fair price there. After which we proceeded to Irene's house for the steamboat. All of us (excluding Gavin Ho) were busy preparing the food...the gals prepare all the vegetables and ingredients that need washing, chopping etc while the guys were kept busy with the soup base preparation, opening of some canned food...and of course playing!!Lolx...

Gavin reached only after most of the food preparation were done cos' he had work. Then after all the food were shifted out to the steamboat table...we begun digging in! The steamboat was so suitable for the day as it was raining earlier on. I kept eating my lotus root and fish dumplings..hahax cos' I bought 3 lotus roots!! =p And while I was busy stuffing my mouth with lotus roots...Mr. Roy (our corn king) was busy trying to finish the corns he bought! Think he bought around like 8 corns...lolx! The whole steamboat was, as usual, filled with crappy conversations. Dar was like the ultimate eating survivor cos' he was consistently eating throughout anything that was in the steamboat...hahax! And at the very end of the session we suddenly realised we bought tooooooo much food! Guess we bought the food portion for 12 pax. Lolx...but nevertheless we still enjoyed the steamboat a lot!

Then after we cleared all the stuff, we took some booze and went up to Ms. Rennie's room to chill before eating my beloved ice cream and then going out! We actually wanted to go have a mini durian session...but end up all of us were still feeling full from the steamboat and ice cream then we decided to skip it (though we already reached the durian stall area). Squeezing our brain juice as to were to go...we decided to head to the Kbox at Hougang plaza for some singing session. But we accidentally took the wrong bus and ended up we alighted a bus stop "quite" near to Hougang Plaza and walked over...*legs nearly broke...lolx* But ended up when we finally reached Kbox at Hougang Plaza, a few of them felt the singing time provided was not very worth it...so ended up we're lost as to where to go again! keke...but finally we came up with the idea to go over to Gavin's house. So after grabbing some snacks and mixers...we walked over to Gavin's house (which he claimed was near...but we walked till our legs wobble~)...

By the time we reached Gavin's house...it was already 12am plus. And the drinking session started slow until we decided to bring in some drinking games into the picture before everyone doze off from boredom. Kekex...with everyone's hands losing control pouring just pure vodka into the cup when their chances came (they just choose to pour vodka instead of the mixers...Arghh...), we find ourselves drinking just vodka without much mixers...and soon...Mr Ben knocked out! Roy and Grace left first cos' Rpy had to work the next day...while the rest of us attended to Ben. By 5am plus...Bella was feeling too tired that she could hardly keep her eyes open! The thoughtful Irene ordered Macdonalds breakfast for us...and after the food, Irene, Dar and me left Gavin's house while Ben had to stay at Gavin's house cos' he was too drunk to go home already.

After bathing and washing my hair, Dar helped me blow my hair dry before putting me comfortably into sleep at around 6am. It's gonna be a deep sleep into the Sunday...and indeed it was cos' I only woke up at 3pm today! =p And after waking up to eat...Dar and me went back to sleep again at around 5pm. I slept till aound 8pm before waking up and coming back home for dinner. Gonna have to work tomorrow again...will be on job once again! Hope everything's gonna be alright...*Well I always hoped weekends could last longer...* (^^)
