Happy Monthsary Dinner~

So this post is gonna be a combination about our recent monthsary dinner together as well as a recommendation I would like to make for some awesome food!

This is actually our second visit to this place (Trattoria Bonissima Italian Restaurant) and as to what really brought us back here...it has got to be their signature pizza - Bonissima Pizza (which has Mozarella, Roma Tomatoes, Onion, Roast Beef, Rocket, Parmesan Cheese and Truffle Oil!)...YUMMILICIOUS! We both heart this pizza! If you love roast beef and if you love pizza...you have to try this! Some pics to share...and FYI I'm combining pics that I've taken from both our visit just to add to the variety...

I guess 2 visits will definitely not be enough for us. Definitely looking forward to the 3rd visit there! :D

Then to side track back to our recent monthsary, apart from dinner, we went for movie as well. But it was a horrendous one I have to say. We went to watch the Monkey King after knowing that one of my fav actor Donnie Yen acted in it. But seriously, 5 mins into the show, we were both filled with regrets! LOL...horrendous horrendous show! Donnie Yen...why u act in the show? LOL! After the show, both of us were both amused and angry for having spent 2 hours of our time on this show. *faints*

But oh well...I get it...it's still more about spending time together off our schedule that's important. *Happy Monthsary*

Bella's Love #7 - Laneige Water Bank!

If there's one thing I learnt right to care for my skin, it would be to keep my face hydrated at all times!!! It's been slightly more then a month now since I changed my entire skincare set, and I have to say it's really working quite well for me. At least the acnes are giving me some peaceful time (*touch-wood* thou =p).

And part 1 of Bella's Love #7 would be the Laneige Water Bank essence! But for me, I'm only using this for my T-zone area (where it's more oily) while the cheeks will stay with my Stemcello Revitalizing EMortal Acnic Serum of cos!!! =D

And for Part 2 of Bella's Love #7...it would be the sleeping masks from Laneige! I believe I'm definitely not the only one singing praises for the sleeping masks...in fact almost all of my friends who are using it can vouch for its loveliness!

So I'm now officially adding Laneige water bank essence and sleeping masks into my Bella's Lpve! Both are equally lovely!!!

But coming up in Bella's Love #8 will be the next must-have in my current skincare set! The best moisturising milk ever!!! I'm so sticking with all of this wonderful products! *hiaks hiaks* (whispers: I'm so happy I manage to get my friend to bring me the stuff back from Hong Kong!*beams*)

SKII buying spree~

Had a recent SKII binge and I gotta to add into my skincare list some of the items I wanted to try for quite some time! *grinz*

(And something for the eyesss! Signs eye masks...my eyes are just getting so tortured by all the hard work these days..the puffiness and dark eye rings are freaking me out!!)

But of all my buys...my favourite buy of all has still got to be this ===> the compact foundation!! I say it's a MUST TRY!!! =D

(This is sticking in my list for quite a while I guess...unless I can find something even better which I think will be tough! hee hee~)

Then again...all these binge does not necessarily mean all SKII products works well or suit me to the T. Some of the products like the lotion and cleanser does not really serve me as well as other brands...so it's fingers crossed when I try the new whitening set and hope I'll love it as much as the new compact I got! *fingers crossed*

Bella's Love #6 - Stemcello

A new Bella's Love would be Stemcello Revitalizing EMortal Acnic Serum made in Korea! This serum is suppose to be great for soothing and calming for troubled oily skin.

I've just started adding this to my skincare regime and I'm totally loving how it calms my skin! I also find that it does have some lightening effect on my gigantic pores and scars that were left behind from all the active acne-days~

So if you're having scarring and big visible pores problem, you might wanna give this a try! I bought this when I was in Hong Kong though..not sure if there's any where in Singapore where we can get this! Let me know if u happen to come across this product in SG okies??

Meanwhile...I shall find out who's going to Hong Kong and get them to help me bring it back! *woot*

If you still remember my "Bella's Love" posts, you'd probably remember me mentioning about my love for Bod products!

And guess my loyalty and love for it paid off, my heartfelt testimonial that I wrote in for one of it's promotion was selected as a winning entry and it won me a new bottle of the anti-aging eye serum worth SGD68..and I have to say it has come in to me at the prefect time since my current bottle is depleting!

Besides the eye serum, I'm also using the white tea cleansing gel, toner, facial exfoliant and their body butter! I'm so gonna lay hands on their shampoo and conditioner next!

So lovin' their products cos' it really has great soothing and therapeutic effects cos pf its essential oil content! If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend you give it a try!

Bella's Love #5 - my Bod!

Up next for Bella's Love #5 will be some products from bod! If you haven't heard of this brand from Australia yet, here's the time to start knowing about it! Cos' it's totally awesome!

I actually came to know about this product during my visit at the Cozycot Holy Grail Party 2009 which I mentioned not long ago. Bought both the eye serum and the facial exfoliant back then...and after some weeks of trying, I just had to include them in my Bella's Love list!

First to come will be the Certified Organic Anti-aging eye serum! One thing about products from bod is that they contain essential oils in them, and thus, it really has a very nice scent and helps to calm our skin as well! And this eye serum that I bought, is really value-for-$ in my view given its size, @ only SGD68! The size of the bottle is considered quite big as compared to the usual small packaging of most eye cream/serum sold outside!


After using quite a few brands of eye care, I have to say this is gonna stick with me for quite sometime, cos it really comforts my eye! It's light in texture, and its kakadu plum content really cares for my eye area! The neroli essential oil also helps my tired eyes to relax and reduce the tired lines! I'm totally loving it soooo much! If you haven't found a eye serum you love, I hope you will love this as much as I do! =)





Next up will be the really gentle facial exfoliant from bod as well!And the main scent for this exfoliant will be the sandalwood aroma! I totally enjoy every single session of my facial exfoliation now!

Priced at SGD34, I initially find it a little highly priced given it's rather small size (60g), but after using it, I would say, it's worth it! Cos' this exfoliant is really calming and gentle to my skin. This is perhaps also due to my personal addiction to essential oil products though =p

And this sums up Bella's Love #5 for now! Hope you love these products too!!

Bella's Love #4 - Mountainroseherbs!!!

Next up for Bella's Love shall be something for our general health and skin-related products! In fact, Bella's recent addiction comes from products from Mountainroseherbs!! And here are my recent favs which I know I have to share with u all!

1) Essential Oils!
Ever felt like u're so stressed out and u feel so tensed up? Insomnia, sinus etc...you name it and unfortunately, I guess I can sympathise with u somehow because I've had some experiences with those. But recently, I'm starting to stock up my essential oil range to resume my somewhat lost-aromatherapy to cheer my days! Here're a few I bought!

- Vetiver (great to bring u into your dreamland!)
- Eucalyptus (Suits my Sinus problem~)
- Tea Tree (Nice for acne problem and my frequent colds)

Thing I love about the essential oils from Mountainroseherbs? They're mostly 100% organic!!

2) Women's Balancing Blend (Herbal Tea)



It's name says it all! Just for ladies! I've personally tried this herbal tea and it's actually nice! It has a bit of minty feel and gives a refreshing aftertaste! It's gonna be my next tea love! =) *Psst...I'm not the only one in love with this..now my mum totally rave about it too!! ;)*

3) Anti-Itch Spray

If you're like me, with a sUuppperly sensitive skin which tends to itch like crazy at times, you're so gonna love my 3rd recommendation - the Anti-itch Spray! It works almost instantly!!!Even mopiko and medicated oil can't fight my itch as fast as this! Now this stays with me wherever I go~








4) Bug-Out Repellent

Going outdoor but you're constantly stung by all sorts of insects? I guess this solves it all! Bella is someone who hates bugs and any flying insects! And this has become my love now for my outdoor activities or even to night markets overseas! It last 2-4 hrs after each spray! I wouldn't know how to not have this with me! *grinz*

Bella's Love #3 - Chanel Eye Make Up remover!

Ever find it hard to remove all that waterproof mascara and eyeliner from your precious eyes? And you know so much that all the rubbing will definitely hurt your delicate skin around your eyes but you still do it cos' you want them clean? Well I guess you might love Bella's Love # 3 as much as I do then! ---> Chanel Eye Make-Up Remover!!

Thanks to Fang's recommendation when we were in Hong Kong! She bought it first, I tried it that night back in hotel, and I totally fell in love with it!! It dissolves all the eye make-up so effectively that with a few gentle (no rubbing is really needed) wipes, my eye area is so clean!

So try it if you haven't found a suitable eye make-up remover for yourself! Hope you love it as much as I do!!!*winks*

Bella's Love #2 - Sleeping Mask!

It's really great cos' unlike paper masks whereby you might find it not-so-convenient on nights when u're back home late from work and really just wanna sleep straight away, this sleeping mask allows you to just apply and go to bed immediately!! No more worries about having the serum from paper masks wetting your pillow or having to wake up after 15-20 mins to remove ur mask!

The effect of the mask can be seen on the next day. Skin is moisturised and you can feel that it really helps in collagen production! Try use ampoules immediately the next day after a nice face wash! Result is --- great pampering on your face!!
