Summary of my 1.5 weeks of rest~

Yes Bella has been resting a lot...mostly at home...staying up late and playing games and then lazing in the bed to late noon before waking up for my brunch and surfing net and playing games again~ oh and of course not to forget my craze into "Desperate Housewives"!! Am currently at Season 5 right now!!

(Desperate Housewives Season 5 - Lovin' the ladies!!!)

But of course, apart from all of the above, I did meet up with some but of my friends as well as spend some time with Dar Dar!

Watched "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" with Fang @ AMK hub on the previous thursday after our dinner @ Ichiban Sushi! And the movie was really not bad...had some laughter and an adequate amount of touching scenes to move my tears..keke~

(Ghosts of Girlfriends Past...nice 101 mins spent in there~)

Then last weekend, Dar and me went to IKEA @ Tampines too cos' I wanted to get myself some new additions to my nest!!heez...and as usual, whenever we reach there, we will always give the chicken wings and meatballs there a go...despite my food poisoning just a day or two before that day!haha...Food matters to me!!keke...

    (Meal @ IKEA!)

(Oh and sure you know IKEA has lotsa nicely decorated rooms...but this Purplish room we came across...way too gorgeously done up!!We couldn't resist but stepped in and took a snap!Cool~)

Bought a few things home and spent some time decorating my rooms and cleaning it up on last Sunday! Had a nice and simple Father's day with a nice dinner @ home plus some 2001 Medoc right after dinner! Then @ 10pm, I brought Mum and my Bro's gf to a session of Javanese Massage...they totally enjoyed it as much as I did!Huhoo~

Managed to catch "I Love You, Man" with Dar on this past Thursday @ Plaza Singapura right after my facial session @ Passage New York! The facial session was superb and I totally lurrrveee my facial therapist! The movie was also nice though some unhappy things happened between me and Dar right after the movie...but putting that aside...I highly recommend the movie if you're looking for some big laughs to help you relax for the day!

(I Love You, Man - I totally enjoyed the show...kept laughing~I recommend this comedy!!)

Last night I spent the night with Dar watching Transformers @ his house...and I must say that though I've never been a fan of Transformers...but after watching the show last night..I'm actually looking forward to watching Transformers 2!!Nice one~

Today...Dar and me woke up...and while having our brunch...we watched a rather old classic war movie "Enemy at the Gates"...and once again, not always a fan of war-related movies, I was initially quite bored over the fact that we're gonna watch a war movie...but as I sat in front of the screen and watched on...I was totally into the show! Yet another nice movie I'm glad I get to watch in my lifetime~

    (Enemy at the Gates)

Right after the 2 hours show, we washed and dressed up and headed to town for my well-deserved shopping trip (well deserved for 2 reasons: 1) cos' Dar made me upset and Thursday and so he owe me a shopping spree, 2) I'm gonna have 3 tough weeks ahead of me cos' of a shitty engagement I've been assigned in the midst of this off-peak period!). All in all, I rewarded myself with a pair of very classic and nice heels from Pazzion, a lovely green dress from Zara, some beautiful nail 3D rubber stickers for my nails as well as a cuppa delicious Pure Chocolate with Whipped cream from Coffee Bean!! What to say? I love my shopping spree today!!heh heh~

(Battle between the green and the pink..and the green wins!hahax...bought it @ Zara @ SGD99.90..thanks to GSS if not it would have been SGD159!!Phew~)

    (Moi new nail accessories!)

    (Strolling~)

(Left: My turn for Slurpy now~)
(Right: Sorry I can't have any cos' I'm too short to reach...Rahh~)

(Inside the new shopping mall opp Centrepoint...hmm the shops seem not very ready for shopping yet~shall visit it again soon!)

(My additions to moi shoes during this 1.5 weeks..hee~all from PAZZION!!)

(New blackies for my work...bought it when I was out in town on my own last week~very comfy!!Worth it @ SGD50...GSS discount!!hiak hiak~)

(Has been a very long time since I last bought heels lidat...bought it today..lovin' it sooo mooch!!Worth it @ SGD66!!Huhoo~)

Hmm work will regain on Monday...and I'm still uber upset whenever I think of having to start work with a monster manager on Monday!! Still...I must admit the shopping spree helped to cheer me up by a great deal!! In all...pray hard for me my dears..that I can get through the shit engagement!!Rahh~

P.S: Tank cute Dar for the "compensation"! hee...(^^)

Ladies night out on 12th June 2009 (^^)

On 12th June (Fri) 2009, I went out with my lovely ladies for yet another ladies night out to start our weekend with each other!

But before I went to meet the gals...I made a trip down to Parkmall to collect a goodie pack cos' I had received an email earlier on that I was selected to collect a goodie pack from Komart.sg!

    (Goodie pack from Komart!)

And the goodie pack consist of the following:
    1. Missha - Fresh Acerola Sheet Mask
    2. Skinfood - Gold Caviar Serum
    3. Skinfood- Gold Caviar Cream
    4. Skinfood- Tomato Whitening Toner
    5. Skinfood- Tomato Whitening Emulsion
    6. Skinfood- Salmon Brightening Eye Cream
    7. Missha Toner and Emulsion: (2 small bottle)

After collecting the goodie pack, I headed down to Orchard area to meet up Karyne and Fang first since Xiaowan was going to be late again. We had some window shopping around Taka and Wisma before heading to Wheelock Place to settle our dinner @ Big O. I haven't ate there for ages...and so thought it'd be great to try out the food there again! The desserts there looked ooooohhh so delicious that we all wanted to try it after our proper main course...but in the end...we were just too full to have the desserts! hahax...

(Soup of the day: Tomato Seafood Soup!)

    (Starter: Mozarella Cheese Sticks~)

    (Check out the cheeseeee~)

(Karyne's Beef Stew, my Big O beef ball pasta and Fang's Salmon~)

    (Us @ Big O~)

Xiaowan only managed to join us when we were nearing our main course...and since she didn't feel like eating anything @ Big O, we decided to shift to a different place for her to have her dinner! And in the end, after much sifting out of options, we ended up @ Xing Wang HK Cafe @ Cineleisure once again!

(Food for Xiaowan~...ice peach tea was mine though..haha~)

    (Ladies all in!)

And we chit-chatted @ Xin Wang HK Cafe for about 2-3 hours before we shifted to our next location for some booze recharge! hahax...and as per the few sessions with the babes..we proceeded to Cable Car to find our beloved Amy for some booze~

(My virgin try on the Archipelago beer~not bad~)

(Missy Amy @ work once again~)

    (Ladies @ Cable Car~)

We chatted once again into around 1 or 2am before we decide it was time to head home~and I'm seriously looking forward to our next Ladies night out again!! I just TOTALLY luuurrvvvve my DArLIngssss!! So my pretties..please date me soon!!!!*smoOochh*

    Passage New York

(Entrance view of Passage New York)

Had always past by the nice and classy entrance of "Passage New York" during quite a few of my lunches and wondered how it was like in there! It seem to be more then just facial to me cos it seem to have its own boutique of clothes and bags~

And so when I received a advertisement email from Cozycot about 3 weeks ago...I decided to give it a try, of course given the fact that the trial package was really too enticing to be true! hahax...

(The Advert that was sent to my mailbox and attracted my attention!keke~)

Anyways...when I reached there...the place was kinda packed with cotters! So seem like I'm not the only cotter attracted there by the promotion going on. The consultant first got me to fill in some of my particulars and existing packages I have elsewhere so that they can lemme try something that can both complement my other treatments and of cos suit my problematic skin.

(A pic taken when I was waiting for the consultant~)

So instead of the initial diamond peel treatment etc that was mentioned in the advert, they let me try their most expensive treatment instead. It was a light treatment called elegonte. And I must mention that before my facial, there was even a free complimentary hot stone massage and a full body scrub before the massage! The scrub felt and smell like a milk scrub...very nourishing after the scrub! And the massage was my first try of massage wth hot stone. Terrific!!

After the massage, I was led to another room where my therapist was waiting for me. The room for my facial was really cozy and nice...and I have to say they were really generous with the products they use for the facial. Ampoule (full vial), repair serum, eye mask, neck mask, face mask, and a whole load of other products which I can't remember! The light treatment was also very comfy though it didn't feel much on my skin...but I fell so deeply into sleep during the approx.30 mins light treatment.

(This is the Light treatment I went through..has 4 lights programmed for my skin..and while they called it Elegonte..the treatment has its official name as LumiFacial after my surfing of the net~)

(After LumiFacial, and applying ampoules and repairing serum, they have the Lumilift used on me to "iron" in the serum! Absorbing rate is greatly increased through this~)

Hmm so after having such a wonderful experience...I'm guilty but yet happy @ the same time to say that I've signed yet another package! Hmm...but one thing I like about it here is that their facial includes all customised masks when you visit their salon each time and needs no more top-ups! This can really help to let me have a peaceful facial instead of having to hear the therapist keep bugging me to add on more masks etc~So after everything, I was given a complimentary Passage New York Black Dress as stated in the Advert...but one thing different...I was given a chance to pick a sleeveless one which actually suit me better!

(Here's their fitting room for me to try on my dress~)

They actually have a fixed design for Cotters I think...but that didn't fit me very well. And I peeped at the price tag and realised that the dresses had a retail price of SGD450!! Wow! But with no doubt for that since the material was really great too! Shall take a pic when I get a chance to wear it in future! keke...(^^)

(My dress plus a freebie for me!!)

(Here's a whole set of clarifying ampoules worth SGD350 free for me upon the signing of the package~)

This coming Thursday will be my next visit to Passage New York cos btw my first visit to the trial was actually on the 9th June '09..heex! Haven't been updating very promptly lately~and I'm soooo looking forward to my next facial with them If it is really good...shall totally switch over to them in future when my other packages have ended~ Huhoo~~ happy!!hopefully it's really gonna work magic for my skin! *fingers crossed*
