M1 Home Broadband~

Dar and me went to the recent IT show @ Suntec Convention Hall. The whole convention hall was soooo packed!!!

We had our brunch @ Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao before we went for the IT show~ the spicy dumplings taste really good!

As we had to hurry back home to celebrate my mummy's birthday, we went straight to the IT show after our brunch! and gosh...the crowd can really kill! We went to apply for M1 broadband cos both of us just can't stand starhub's crawling internet speed anymore!

Seriously, I don't understand the crowd. I don't believe EVERY single person there is there cos they have something to buy...because it's not as if everything's free! Hmm...if not for a specific purpose, this is one place I'll not go on random! *bleah* =p

But still...happy I got myself a faster broadband now! Thanks Dar!! (^^)

First drinking + KTV session with my new colleagues~

Just recently, a few of my London bosses came over to Singapore office. And apart from some lunch and dinner with them, we also went for a drinking session with them just before they went back to London.

Though the intended location was Penny Black, due to the stupid heavy rain, we went over to Molly's instead~ It's my first time there and I'm quite glad to be there. Food's not bad and quite cosy for chit-chats too!!

My colleagues and I left shortly cos' we had arranged to have a KTV session together while the bosses stayed and continue with their drinking session~

KTV session that night was at the ten-dollar KTV @ Chinatown area. A few of my colleagues were already there cos' they didn't want to join for drinks. It's the first time we went singing together and it was really nice to be able to spend some time together after working hours.

After the singing session, Lydia and me left for home first while the rest carried on with their supper. Great friday night spent to start a weekend~*happy*

First Post-Year end celebration with my new colleagues~

Following the end of our Dec month end closing, my department had a post-year end celebration with out boss to Jurong Bird Park! Most of us couldn't even remember when was our last visit to this place! =x

The place has changed quite a fair bit from what was left in my last impression of the place, though the performances still look quite the same. Nevertheless, it still attracted our attention throughout the whole entire show!

We proceeded after the show to the owls! I seriously didn't know there're so many types of owls and that they actually look mysteriously beautiful in all the darkness!

We even went for some birds feeding session too, but just that I was too busy feeding the birds and didn't had time to take photos~

Oh and not forgetting that there is a man-made waterfall @ Jurong Bird Park and it sure attracted my attention since this man-made Waterfall was not around during my zillion years ago visit! hurhur~

The whole tour was really enjoyable and being my first outing with my new colleagues, I hope more will come! *LOve*

Mini Old School dinner + KTV!

I met up with some of my Secondary school mates for dinner and KTV session last Friday 12, March 2010! Haven't been able to meet up with some of them for super long though I do meet up with the girls really often...and so it was really a good time to gather! =)

As some of them could only meet us after their work, the rest of us met up first for dinner @ Watami @ the Central.

After dinner, we walked over to Liang Court's Partyworld for our KTV session! And it's nice singing together again~Though it was just a mere 4 hours, I really enjoyed myself with them!

We also went for dinner along circular road after our singing session for some supper and chit-chatting (or rather...more like gossiping!) LOL! And the night ended @ around 3-4am...Hope there'll be another similar session again! *hApPy*
