Trip to Bali - W Retreat and Spa! - Day 2!

Day 2 had the both of us waking up recharged! Bern went to the gym while I stayed in the room and did Yoga myself! *Lovely~*

After some workout, we're all ready to dig in to the sumptuous breakfast that W has ready for us! Just checkout the spread!

(Yes you see it right...it's pan seared foie gras and also fresh tuna sashimi for breakie! How not to love?)

And right after the awesome brekkie, it was time to explore the pool and beach area! I have to say...I REALLY lurrvee the pool! Just as what one of the hotel guest said when she dipped herself into the pool - "This water is divine!"! LOL~

    (Lovin' it~)

Thank God for the great weather too! Right after the dip, we decided to head out to the seminyak square to have a look. We were told there's this place called the Sate Bali that sells pretty nice Balinese food...so there we went...in search of the place! Hmm unfortunately, the food wasn't really up to the standard in our honest opinion. And not sure if it's because it's passed the lunch timing, there really wasn't any crowd there.

(On our way out! I lurve this path of W!)

(The satay we had at Sate Bali..not too bad I would say but then again...not the best we've had~)

Weather was crazily hot when the afternoon came and both of us were sweating like mad the moment we stepped out of the hotel! That did not stop us from shopping around though. We next went to this massage place called the Wellbeing Spa which the cab driver recommended us the day before. Nothing to rave about really.

Dinner was at this place called the Ultimo Italian Restaurant. The place extends all the way to the back but gosh, it's so packed! Food wise was decent, wine was really cheap but not awesome...LOL..I guess the place is more for cocktail~

    (There you have it...Ultimo~)

We didn't stay out late that night given that we had to wake up at 530am the next morning for our golf at Nirwana Golf Course!! *excited*
