    A sleeping day gone by...

(A good sleep gives me energy!!heex...*Alrights I look uglier when I sleep =p)

Like I mentioned in my tagboard, my weekend starts last night when I knock off from work...*envy me? =p* And the silly me just wanted to enjoy the feeling of being able to stay up late and not having to rush to my bed before midnight, I slept only at 3am last night though my eyes were whispering to my ears that it's time to sleep by the time the clock showed 1am plus. Laughs...

Woke up at only 2pm plus this afternoon, and not because I've slept my full...but because there was some construction going on in one my neighbours' house, and also cos' I needa go washroom =p But anyway, I woke up still. Not much food at home, so didn't really have a proper lunch. Watched a little television programmes, played some computer games before I ran back into my bed once again at around 4pm plus and slept all the way till 730pm. I wasn't really deep asleep but I guess the past few days' exhaustion I felt just made me wanna lie down and close my eyes...

Just had my dinner and finish reading to some wine news of the day (that I recently subscribe to). Gonna try to sit down later and do up my nails (this is something I haven't been doing recently after a couple of my nails broke...sobx!). Hmm...come to think of it, it does sound like I wasted my Thursday at home...but then again...to see it from another point of view, it's a good deal to spend a day of my leaves to recharge my energy so that I can have more energy to spend my next few days!

Probably going to gym tomorrow morning...hopefully I can wake up early enough...keke! As for now...gonna watch my TV first. Hope you guys are still doing fine with whatever you're doing! *smuacks*

    The Ravaging Effects of Alcohol

As usual, through the spreading of jokes through my company emails, this was actually sent to me quite some time ago...I still find it cute and funny when I happen to see it yesterday! So here's some Bella's sharings...=)

    Laughter or tears on weekend?

The weekend has been good for me on an overall...if not for some family problems that Bella encountered. =(

Woke up on Saturday rather early (as compared to my normal Saturadays whereby I'll slp till late in the afternoon or at least after noon) cos' needa go down to City hall MRT to meet a spree organiser to collect my spree items that have just arrived. Dar gave me a call at around 11am, we had a short chat before I gotta of my bed and washed up! Dress up and fortunately my Daddy was at home so he drove me down to Serangoon MRT (if not I'd be super super late =p). Reached City Hall MRT 10 mins later then the agreed timing to meet..and surprisingly, the spree organiser is a really young gal.

Anyways...Dar will only be able to meet me at around 230pm (cos' he going down to Sim Lim Square to buy some rams for my little notebook to help revive it...cos' it getting sooooo slow!!) so I had to kill a couple of hours by myself. I had a walk around the area before finally settling down at the TCC in citylink for some brunchy snacks. Didn't want to eat too much cos' I wanna save some space for my popcorns later during movie time! Heex...So I ordered myself a Raspberry tea freeze as well as some potato wedges with cheese dip! Yummy...and coupling these delicious snacks with a book turned the relaxing mood on. I was reading a book from John Gray on how to get peace in a relationship. Dar and me are taking turns to read the book concurrently...=p

    (At Citylink TCC...comfy^^)

(My Raspberry Tea freeze and Cheesy Potato Wedges!)

(Us and the finished food at TCC!)

After Dar finally reached, we chatted awhile as I shared with him on my Friday gathering with the babes before we proceeded to Marina Square for our movie - Kungfu Panda! The popcorns taste really nice! heex...and the show was really quite funny as per many people commented. A nice 90 mins spent in the cinema!

(Me and my popcorn plus ice lemon tea!)

    (Kungfu Panda!!!)

We then took a bus back to my house (cos' needa get my laptop to change the stuff). Reached home...and then the unhappy thing happened. Not gonna go into the very details...but u know the typical favoritism that goes on in a family. I'm unfortunately on the neglected side. SObx...and as what happened on Saturday wasn't the first incident...I was feeling totally upset. Luckily Dar was with me...so I confided to him and had quite a bit of crying session there in my room before I packed some stuff and decided to stay over at Dar's house...at least to hide for a night from the ugliness I feel at home nowadays. =(

    (Photo taking outside Marina...)

    (Nice view of Esplanade!)

    (What's with the face Mister?)

Dar spent a whole night formatting my lappie...and thanks to his great formatting skills...my home lappie is now much faster! Heex...Spent the whole Sunday afternoon at Dar's home as well. And I was sleeping so soundly that I didn't even know when Dar woke up and went out for his usual Sunday kickout session with his mates at Bishan. By the time Dar came home from his soccer session, I was still sleeping! hahax...until the sound of the door opening finally woke me up!

(Midnight liaox...Dar still formatting my lappie!)

    (Bella Zzz-ing...taken by Dar...=p)

Bella finally picked herself up (as much as her heart dread to do so) and went back home at around 7pm. Stepping into my house feel so cold and painful these days...and though it was Father's Day yesterday...what happened just made me shut away in my room right after dinner. I didn't spend a long time at the dining table as well...cos' i just wanna go back to my room. Saddening as it might sound...I'm just upset. Didn't sleep well last night as well...cos' my itch was back. My skin was itching once again throughout the night...but I didn't dare to take my medication cos' it will cause very strong drowsiness and I'm afraid it might affect my work today! (yes...I'm blogging in office now...cos' the meeting for the job will only take place in the afternoon..so I'm kinda free till then =p) Still feeling some itch now...but I brought my mopiko to work today!!heex anyway...gonna get some stuff done...take care all! Smuacks...^^

A Friday that turn from bad to gReat!!

(Finally...5 in one pic at Xin Wang HK Cafe!)

Despite the grumbles that I made on my tagboard due to the last minute notice that I had to go back to office to work (when I'm supposedly on leave...at least for half a day), Bella still enjoyed her Friday this week cos' of all the great companies and nice food I've got!!Heex...

Had lunch with my colleagues at Raffles Place's "The Blood Type Restaurant". It's situated just below the golden shoe market. Some of the gals been wanting to try this place out for quite some time, so we thought today might be a great day to try it. We stepped into the restaurant with 7 headcounts. After waiting for a minute or two for the waiters to arrange a long table for us, we settled down and were given different menus according to our blood type. The price was rather steep, with the main course alone priced at around S$30. Nevertheless, we decide to give it a go and ordered our dishes. I ordered the Roasted Chicken which was complemented with brown rice and some vegetables. The food there is quite okie but I personally find it nothing fantastic. With a price like that, I feel there're much tastier stuff to go for...=p But one thing for sure, the dishes are really rather health conscious.

    (Darren and Sarah acting cute...Lolx)

    (The lunch babes ^^)

Bella continued working through out the day...but definitely looking forward to the gathering with some of my secondary school sisters. Though there was some delay due to some of them getting cropped up , we still managed to meet at the Spagaddies located at the basement of Paragon. It's been such a long time since I last ate there and though there was a long queue when we reach, the queue was fortunately moving fast. *Lucky us*

    (My Baked Penne!)

    (Us at Spagaddies...)

As I wasn't feeling very hungry, I ordered their Baked Penne (thinking that it would not be so filling)...but ended up mine turned out to be the most filling one. Duhz...lolx!Mr. Ho (who's considered as one of the sisters...hahax...)turned up the latest when he's suppose to have no work today!!Fang ordered her crayfish and some meat (beef I think) combo while Gavin (Mr. Ho) and Xiaowan ordered the Crayfish pasta...looks nice!

After dinner, we proceeded to the Coffee Club branch just outside the planet fitness opposite Heeren for a drink and chit chat session while we wait for Irene to join us after she knock off from work. I was, as usual, craving for my Muddy Mudpie!!hahax...and other then that I ordered my Mango Peach smoothie too! And there was this healthy VS sinful eating session as Fang and Gavin dug into their Season Salad while Xiaowan and me indulged in our Muddy Mudpie!!Heex...Alrights...I know I'm putting on weight with all the food entries into my mouth! =p (But I must say...the Muddy Mudpie made me feel sooooo satisfied!hahax...)

    (At Coffee Club...)

    (My delicious Mango-Peach Smoothie!!)

(The opposites - Healthy salad VS Sinful Mudpie =p)

Irene joined us at around 11pm, and since she haven't had her dinner yet, we moved on to our next eating destination - Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe at Cineleisure. Full as the remaining 4 of us were, we went ahead but ordered only drinks while Irene ordered her dinner. Mr. Ho left us after some time cos' he joined another group of his friends for movie while Fang, Irene, Xiaowan and me continued our ladies talk all the way til' around 230am. Fantastic updating session (it's so terribly lacking these days!) and we talked almost anything under the "moon". Heh heh...

And now that I'm home...I'm waiting for my hair to dry up before I go to bed. Gotta wakie at around 11am tomorrow cos' I'm meeting some spree organiser tomorrow to collect some of my clothes that have arrived! Yeah~~hopefully it turns out nice!

Oh and did I missed out on some sharings on a movie I watched last night with Mr. Ho at AMK Hub. The movie is the long awaited "Sex and the City" that has created quite a big hoo-ha recently. A great movie not cos' of all the sexual scenes...but one definitely worth watching because of the great display of friendship in the show. Well, at least I'm definitely agreeable with what many have said - that all ladies should really watch this movie. And the movie reminded me on the importance of friendship so much...I wanna cherish all my sisters more then ever!! So P.S to all my beloved sisters...especially to fang, xw, katrina and irene...to our many years of friendship that lasted even through the many changes in our lives...I still lurrrveee u gals! Smuacks...Oh and of course there're many more...you know who you are...the ones who stay with me when I meet problems (both my personal life and my work life) and cry! love ya love ya lurrrveeee ya...=)

    (Sex and the City poster!)

    (SOo Nice!)

Anyways...I'm so happy the weekend's here once again...and just a gentle tinnie winnie little reminder for all out there...don't forget it's Father's Day this Sunday (15th June 2008)...Heex...lastly, nights all!Lurrveee ya...Berry berry mooch!(^^)

*Haven't received some photos taken Mr.Ho...will update this post as soon as I've received them from him. Cheers!*

    Nice lunchie kakis!

    (Our first ladies self take!)

    (Our second ladies take!Much better...heex)

Nothing very special about the past couple of days of working, other then a super unhappy incident that happened yesterday when a idiotic manager tried to throw his weight on me and even lose his temper at me. Typical Bella reaction when someone I don't give a damn loses his temper at me - turn and walk away without another word! Arghh...anyway he's the manager-in-charge of one of my previous job engagement...fortunately I'm outta that job, or at least for now. Been working hard on the fund job as mentioned in my recent posts...everything is progressing well now I guess. Despite the many problems in the job, this job remind me that nothing is really unsolvable, what we need is just patience and time! *grinz*

Putting work aside, met Miss Xianie for lunchie today together with some of my other female colleagues. Haven met Miss Xianie since she left the company for a greener pasture out there...until she called just before we went out for lunch and suggested for a meet-up lunch! She came over to our side to find us and we went over to Temasek Towers for the Thai food once again since Miss Xianie only have a one-hour lunch and so can't go somewhere far from the MRT station to eat.

(My order this time round - Tom Yam Seafood with Thai Rice Noodles...quite nice! ^^)

It was really a nice and comfortable lunch. Miss Xianie and us kept each other updated on how we're doing on our current jobs and we all agree Miss Xianie looks more radiant after she left (this also seems to be case for all who left us for a greener pasture...lolx) and we're happy for her. The girls were also really sweet to help give suggestions on what I should take to help me recover cos' I've been sick for quite sometime now...Shall have some Vitamin C tablets later! After we finish our lunch at Mart Boulevard, we then proceeded over to the CPF building cos' Miss Xianie was craving for some bubble tea. And after buying her bubble tea, we parted and went back to our office for work.

And now, I'm back home (slightly earlier then usual) cos' I manage to finish my work early and I'm helping my senior to do the draft FS (brought home to do though =p). Just did my face mask and was at my mum's room. Managed to once again take a minute to appreciate the greenery just outside my backyard...I hope the greenery will not be replaced by some man-made works ever!

(The whole stretch of greenery I always love since young...)

Well...Gotta do my work now...Bella's still coughing. Daddy said he bought me some new cough remedy...shall try it before I sleep tonight. Hope it works cos' Friday I'm meeting some of my beloved secondary school babes...I wanna to well so that I can eat sumptuous dinner with them! Heex...*munch munch munch* >.<
